  I used their tesla charger when i first bought my car. I didn’t know that it was actually for guests only. Thank you for not towing or ticketing me. I charged there a few times without ever being trolled. The least I can do is leave a good review

  The overall stay was great, the hotel is clean and new, and the pool was well maintained and kids loved the pool. The breakfast was also great, lots of options. The only problem is the room we stayed in, the AC was super loud and noisy, so the four of us did not get any sleep during the night. We can hear the neighbours' talk and walk, there is like no privacy in our room and their room. I can hear them brushing their teeth!!! We had terrible sleeps but the amenities were good. Would suggest they change the AC unit, too loud; and the neighbouring sound proof need improvement.

  Staff are all friendly, rooms are comfy. Like others have said it's older so no soundproof from halls or elephants above rooms but that's out of control of the hotel. I make sure I make as little noise as possible to be considerate to others but other guests definitely don't follow that consideration. Again not hotels fault, just way people are. Breakfast is ok if just some basic fuel is all ya want, not great but what you expect from an older property. Suggest asking for higher floor as on second floor dogs are allowed and yes you will hear them, again inconsiderate guests. Location, not much around for restaurants so expect to drive for dinner but Airdrie does have some decent eats for sure. Back to hotel, overall it's inexpensive and a place to catch some rest so is ok, just know it's not 5 star luxury lol. Like I said staff are great, always smiling and friendly.

  Scammers!! Worst experience with the staff and manager, They charged triple time with same cc on same room and don’t return the extra charge, i have to do multiple calls.

  If you like older hotels where you can hear the thunder elephants above you and every door closing on your floor…this is your hotel. Toilet seat was broken and there’s these lovey metal prongs protruding out of the mattress frame (hidden by the bed skirt) which was fun to take your ankles out !! Only booked it and cancelled with Marriott because they told us we would have a ground floor, only to end up on the 2nd floor. Not fun when you travel with your senior pup who needs outside multiple times during the night. So very disappointing! And we will Never return! However on a positive note ….The lady who works the breakfast in the mornings was super friendly and accommodating! Thank you for your smiles and kindness!!!
