Super sweet and informative, very helpful and quick to resolve even the smallest issue. Was grateful for a complimentary room upgrade and late check out as a rewards member. Pet friendly with a reasonable $20 fee compared to other chains charging $50. Will be confident staying here again any time I'm in the Calgary / Airdrie area. 10/10

Found bugs in wash room on three different days. No noises control after 10pm. Hockey teams were there on two weekends. Requested for different room on check in. Front desk keep saying sorry. Carpet had rip and dust everywhere.
