- CBCliff BlackwellMay 12, 20242.0Not a positive experience. You could hear every door close in the hotel. Then to top it off we had a pipe that banged every 30 seconds. I went down and spoke to the front desk and was told to flush our toilet to fix the problem. Won't be staying here again.

I had found a cheaper price online for a long size bed and the staff honoured the online price. All the staff were super friendly. (The evening girl was from Ontario like us and went above and beyond the entire check in process.) She immediately brought a crib up (I had to call 3 times at the fancy hotel we stayed at downtown Calgary earlier that week) She took me into the kitchen to fill up my water bottle. The breakfast selection was great, so many hot and cold options. The room was clean and well laid out. I would even say it was comparable to the fancy hotel down town Calgary. Our bill was wrong but the staff fixed it immediately. I have already recommended this hotel to my friends in Calgary!
