The level of action that was taken from Danny Schlei and Kim Ludwikoski to get our team back up and running was nothing short of amazing. Danny was immediately responsive when the issue was brought to his attention at 10:00 PM, and Kim was equally as responsive when tasked with finding a solution. Originally we were told by a third party that this could take 48-72 hours to resolve and Kim had this taken care of in four hours the next business day. This type of effort is reflective of the customer experience that Brew City Marketing provides. I highly recommend. Good people who care about their customers.
