    I am so impressed with Astound in our area, the service is great and wow they went above and beyond last night on Camano Island working hard to get our internet back up after the hellacious windstorm. We can't thank them enough.

    Service outage due to windstorm. When you call for a repair ETA, they tell you it will be repaired in 2 hours. That's been going on for the last 14 hours. When you try and reach an actual person the hold time is over an hour. Poor customer service.

    Astound is a subpar service holding people with no other options hostage. This company needs to be reviewed by the FCC and the BBB Unfortunately, I have two choices, take it or leave it. I'm paying $277.00 per month for an inferior service. When we lose power, it takes numerous calls and many days or even weeks to retain service. God forbid a technician come out, might as well set your first born on the porch for payment.

    I had less issues with dial-up internet than this company.... Do not recommend constant outages customer service mid at best always have 30 plus minute call lines and if someone even sneezes on a power line it goes out... So please do not give this company money they do not deserve it. I'd rather pay twice as much for Comcast to lay Cable in a brand new spot than to deal with this company again.
