This company needs to be reviewed by the FCC and the BBB Unfortunately, I have two choices, take it or leave it. I'm paying $277.00 per month for an inferior service. When we lose power, it takes numerous calls and many days or even weeks to retain service. God forbid a technician come out, might as well set your first born on the porch for payment.

Do not recommend constant outages customer service mid at best always have 30 plus minute call lines and if someone even sneezes on a power line it goes out... So please do not give this company money they do not deserve it. I'd rather pay twice as much for Comcast to lay Cable in a brand new spot than to deal with this company again.
