- CDCross the DeltaDec 31, 20255.0Luke's customer service was great, personable and knowledgeable, and it was a very quick process, less than 10 minutes. I was able to get a "life-long" plan (and I've been considerately warned about companies failing to uphold this promise, so I'll have to see if this remains to be the case,) under the Cyber Deal promotion: 1 gig of fiber optic (i.e. symmetrical download and upload speeds, which makes everything flow smoother) for 40 bucks a month. The TL;DR is: Great service (personable & competent technician) and great deal (Cyber Deal, 1 gig of home Wi-Fi for $40) To whoever reads this, have a good one and take it easy. Since I'm also writing this at the New Year's Eve, I hope you come closer to closing those gaps and achieving your objectives in 2026.

After multiple weeks of trying to get someone out to my address to service it, I am still without internet as of December 27th 2025. Do better Astound. I can't get anyone that can do anything but escalate via paperwork trail. Trash customer service. Trash internet service. No phone calls back. No schedules calling to make sure we are home. Nothing.

He is a very nice guy and I could immediately tell he was really knowledgeable about what was needed for me to get the best performance out of the new service. Luke was also very patient with all the questions I had and even gave me a lot of tips for maintaining optimal networking performance without me asking. In addition, we ran speed tests and the new fiber connection far exceeds the previous service I was using. Given all this I would highly recommend the new Astound fiber package if it’s available in your area
