- IGIrene GillSep 9, 20255.0I called the "office" to get information and a possible solution to a problem I had. . I was given wonderful advice, direction and solutions as well as A LOT of help. To complete the tasks I needed to do to fix my issues I ended up with multiple calls as well as several emails. There were quite a few laughs along the way. I was overjoyed with how easy they made it for me. By the end I was wishing I could give them all a BIG hug and raise in pay!! Wonderful people to deal with!!!

She was secure with the account information and doubled checked to make sure all the services they provided were working. The internet has been flawless as long as I’ve been using it. Haven't experienced their field technicians, no comment there. I do not like how you’re forced to have phone service with an internet subscription. I wish all customer service was handled like the folks answering the Roslyn phones.
