Again shoutouts to Mr. Thomas and give that man a raise please, if it wasn’t for him i would have been gone. He’s a good man and did good on my side.

The foreign guy didn't understand what I was asking and couldn't answer my question. Tried calling their local number and it forwarded to the same out of the country call center. Started my new service today with a different company. Took Vyve's equipment into the local office today and cancelled Vyve service. They don't pro rate service so I'm ending up paying for a full month of service even though I only used it 6 days.
