- BSBill SturdevantFeb 27, 20261.0Don't use this company. No US based customer support. Called them 10 days ago to inquire about when my service was paid through. The foreign guy didn't understand what I was asking and couldn't answer my question. Tried calling their local number and it forwarded to the same out of the country call center. Started my new service today with a different company. Took Vyve's equipment into the local office today and cancelled Vyve service. They don't pro rate service so I'm ending up paying for a full month of service even though I only used it 6 days.

- KHKailey HambyJan 27, 20261.0This company is a scam. Signed up for a 1 year price lock. Had that price respected for 1 month, the second month the price DOUBLED. When I called they cant tell me why I was upgraded without being notified or agreeing to it. I was charged for not paying my bill, I paid my bill on the first, i was given a receipt, email and the money was taken out of my account. Then was charged a second time on the 14th, which I did not pay so they are charging me extra for that. They throw in hidden fees every chance they get. How they managed to get a $25 bill up to $145 in just a couple weeks is insane. When I tried to show proof to the vyve worker I was met with "I dont know".
