I have dealt with Comcast and I’ve dealt with spectrum and I never thought you could get worse than those two until I started dealing with them. If you have any other choice, I would not use wave broadband. Ever since astound took them over we have had nothing but problems with billing. I’ve had to call in every month pretty much. And I get a different song and dance every time. I’ve had to start recording the conversations that I’ve had with these people because they lie so much. My family has been customers of wave for almost 40 years and they treat new customers better than they treat their long-term customers.
