    The staff is always helpful, understanding and the fact that there is a location nearby is great - you don't get that if you are coming from a major metropolitan area. The internet service itself is just ok but if you're coming from a 'big' city like me, one really shouldn't expect blazing speeds or a solid communications backbone in this geographic area.

    What a great experience throughout the whole process. Chris was an awesome technician who worked diligently to get us up and running. His cable management skills and attention to detail was impressive. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. It was a brand new install from street pole to the house and he coordinated everything with ease. He initially said 2-4 weeks. 9 days after we first saw him ,we are all hooked up and done. The line laying contractors that Astound hired were exceptional as well. Everyone showed up well prepared and ready to tackle the project with all equipment nessasary. Very happy with everything and how smooth the process was.
