- JMJohn McMichael2 days ago5.0In store, Christian Slade was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful about Wi-Fi. An independent Tech came out today to install WIFI (Self Install didn't work) and went Above and Beyond to fix problems I had. Usually I would complain about COX -not this time!
- CSChrys Szewczyk2 days ago1.0Absolutely not worth it since I was supposed to have a tech come out on Friday 1/9/26 1pm-3pm but then they rescheduled my appointment of installation to Sat 1/10/26 to 8am to 10am and tech never showed up never did the 15 min call ahead just put in notes that he knocked on our door and no one answered. Um I have 2 dogs so no not possible ccause.my dog barks at anything that goes near that front door and now I been on hold I dont know how many times with Customer Service and Technocal tryin to get this situated and I've been on hold since 10amSH and its now 1130am if you have time to waste go ahead if not dont even give them your time I got hung up on so they called me back to say that I keepers gettin disconnected but keep getting a different rep having to start from square one account pin security question whats the issue ok let's check with our dispatch team like really
