Contractor came out to look at installation, missed the first driveway (U shape driveway, just had 1 inch of rain) and decided to drive through the yard/mud tearing up freshly graded yard. He got mad and left. Then took 2 hours, multiple hang ups/recalls to get ahold of someone at Cox where you could understand more than 3 words of English before I was able to get an answer in 30 seconds. Between crappy contractors used and outsources helping, I give it ) stars (if it would allow). Focus on hiring better help, both within and contractors, crap help direct reflection of a crap company.
