    Ok wait now you have to sign in and wait to be seen. They trying to be fancy. I mean don't get me wrong the personal service is chef's kiss. You can also pay your bill inside. I just went to drop off my equipment but they ended up trying to sell me cell service. I get it. Be about your business Cox. Just don't over charge me for internet and two channels. Only because they were our only option. Did we go with them. So it is what it is. But the store was exceptional.

    Cox is a thief. We’re a military family that lives in military housing. I called and cancelled our services NOV 20 and was told to not return the modem because it belonged to housing as a quick connect service. Fast forward today I was charged $158 because they never disconnected my services. When I called, I was put on hold for 2 hours, talked to 7 different people and told I would not be getting a refund because my services were disconnected when I called and weren’t officially disconnected until today. I was told the services weren’t disconnected because the modem was still in the house even though I was told that it was to stay there. This is how they treat their military families and their customer service is terrible. We will never be Cox customers ever again
