  HORRIBLE! THEY do limit usage to streaming platforms to get you to buy their tv packages, they also over load their own servers so that is another reason their internetservice sucks, also THEY DON'T HAVE REAL FIBER LINES ITS ALL CABLE DON'T FALL FOR IT... you pay a monthly price for internet that barley works. Do yourself a favor and get glo fiber if you can or xfinity if you can. Any other provider than COX. If I could give them (negative) -100 stars I would because even 1 star is wayyyy too much for them to have.

  The worst possible choice for internet. I have had to call them once every couple of months for the last few years because out internet slows to a fraction of what we pay for. the other night out internet was terrible, i ran a test from the app and we were only getting 1-2% of the speed we should have been getting. Multiple resets of the router did nothing to fix it. I called them the following day and they said a tech would have to come out, then, like magic, my internet speed is back to 100% the next day when the tech is supposed to come. This pretty much confirms my suspicion that they throttle your internet to force you into calling them so they can try to get you to upgrade. Do not use cox, use literally anyone else.

  I wasted about two hours on the phone or internet chat with Cox about various things. Was in and out of the store in about 5 minutes without any issues and with my problems solved. Cox is generally one of the worst companies I interact with but this Cox store was great.

  Cox has gone downhill fast!! I’ve been a customer for years and they did have fairly good customer service once upon time, but now it is appalling how bad it has gotten. If you want new service then they are on it but if you have service and need to speak with someone in billing. Prepare to be on endless hold! This is terrible customer service. The message says hold time of about 5 minutes, but an hour later you’re still on hold. They have a call back option so you don’t have to sit on hold, but what do they do? Call you back and automatically put you back on hold!!!! This is just plain lame!

  After speaking to the most rude, hateful woman apparently needing feminine products and taking EVERYTHING in me not to explode on her, I got my issue resolved. And you COX wonder why people go to your competitors for services? Keep wondering if you're not that bright. SOOOOOOO MAD 😠
