MY BILL DOUBLED AS IS 15% OF MY TOTAL SOCIAL SECURITY, I AM BELOW POVERTY LEVEL and they we’re won’t lowering my high cost and trying to sell me on a new phone services when I get my service through a plan with social services. I am getting a part time job with social services; but COX has no humanity or representatives that deal with seniors or individuals who are innocent with AUTISM or any other disorder or DISABILITY or no fault of their own. I can’t own a car, I can survive without that, BUT we all need Wi-Fi to survive!! I got cut off from a phone call with billing, and no one called me back. I AM CANCELING MY COX service as they have no mercy
