    I have had Cox for 10 days now and the first day I connected my PS5 and my PS4 neither one was working all day I called got a technician to come out to switch the router internet started working partially now it stutters all throughout the day lagging when I'm playing the game I only have four devices connected I'm not understanding why it's such a struggle when I'm supposed to have panoramic internet I'm also on the $80 plan which is high for me to be paying for something that has not even been working since day one I called to try and get the service fixed I'm met with maybe you should join our mobile side that way you have a cellular device and internet for your home great nice bundle get it but why would I add a service if the service that I have is not working I get that you have to upsell stuff and sometimes the upsell could be more detrimental or a better deal but at the same time if the core thing that I'm coming to you for is not working I think that's a problem and if I'm telling you that it's a problem why are you consistently trying to sell me something that I didn't want in the first place I say all this to say Cox please fix my internet or lower my price range because paying $80 for something that doesn't work is ridiculous
