- CTCherylynn TDec 19, 20231.0A phone tech switched my system apps to my memory card and my phone went wonkie. Another store said to go to this one because it was corporate. People who came in after me were waited on first. The tech who finally came to me worked for an hour. Other workers kept coming over to see what was taking so long but didn't offer help.He said we could set the phone to factory defaults. No. I went home and where the message offering to "forget" what was on the memory card popped up again I hit "yes". It put everything back to where I started. I didn't need any of them after all.
