There was another associate who assisted me earlier as well, but unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. The past few months have been difficult for me after having to start over, and some things became a bit mixed up. I honestly wish I hadn’t relied on Cox customer support during those months, as they were not very helpful and only added to the confusion. Ms. Chevron, however, showed incredible patience, understanding, and kindness throughout the entire process. She truly went above and beyond, taking the time to explain everything clearly and guiding me through what I needed to pay to get my services properly adjusted. I wanted to leave a review so others know who to look for at the Hampton Cox store. I am very grateful for Ms. Chevron’s support, as well as everyone who stepped in to assist me during a stressful time. Their compassion made a real difference, and I truly appreciate it. I am sorry for the long review but words can’t describe how it feels to have someone in customer service to look after you in a challenging time.
