David examined my account and called his manager Donald over to point out that I was missing available bundle discounts. This surprised me because I had asked about them when I signed up for Cox Mobile over the phone (Not at this store). David applied the discounts and helped me realize I was paying for several things I was not using. Bundles were applied, services dropped, and I left happy and looking forward to a much smaller bill. David and Donald were my heroes for the day.

He also helped me to realize that what I was told from online wasn’t the same at the store so I came out with a better product for a cheaper price.
