  The staff is very helpful and I like the payment Terminals they have in the store for paying my bill. It emails a reciet back in 24 to 48 hours.

  By far the best experience ive had with anyone. the representative that assisted me her name is Chervon. Thank you soo very much just for your overall kindness the laughs and most of the chance to meet a great spirited human being! She is definitely the bomb.com 👍🏾 for the best customer service experience ive had in a long time !

  This cox store has hands down the BEST customer services I have received in a long time. Each of the representatives go above and beyond to satisfy us as customers! From minor problems to major problems they have consistently displayed patience, understanding, and great time management. Personally, I do not like to write reviews but this team has earned every word!! Even when they are busy, I have grown to have patience because I watch them handle each customer without rushing while keeping everyone happy! A one stop shop for internet, cell service, watches and more. Come visit Cox in Hampton, you wont regret it! Shout out to Mrs. Rhonda, AJ, Donald, David, Kia <3

  FANTASTIC ATMOSPHERE!! From the phone call to when I got there in person. Andrew and AJ were great and very personable. I would definitely just go to talk to them, they was very helpful and walked me through everything while keeping great conversation. Music selection was great!

  I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Chevron and Ms. Kristin for their help. There was another associate who assisted me earlier as well, but unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. The past few months have been difficult for me after having to start over, and some things became a bit mixed up. I honestly wish I hadn’t relied on Cox customer support during those months, as they were not very helpful and only added to the confusion. Ms. Chevron, however, showed incredible patience, understanding, and kindness throughout the entire process. She truly went above and beyond, taking the time to explain everything clearly and guiding me through what I needed to pay to get my services properly adjusted. I wanted to leave a review so others know who to look for at the Hampton Cox store. I am very grateful for Ms. Chevron’s support, as well as everyone who stepped in to assist me during a stressful time. Their compassion made a real difference, and I truly appreciate it. I am sorry for the long review but words can’t describe how it feels to have someone in customer service to look after you in a challenging time.
