    This review has no relevance to this store. This review is for the Cox customer service department and the technician department. My internet was buffering on December 23, 2025 so I contacted customer service representatives she was very nice and helpful who indicated that I should change out the modem with a new one. But after I changed out the new modem it was still not working so I called back again to schedule for a technician to come out so she indicated they won’t be out until December 26 2025 so I said OK that’ll be fine. but then the technician that was supposed to come out on the 26th came late. We had a time slot for 8 to 10 AM but he didn’t show up until 12:15 PM. then when he gets here, he says that our Internet in our apartment is working fine with no problem. It’s an issue with the outside box area. He needed access to the maintenance room however, the our leasing office was closed on that day, so therefore he wasn’t able to get into the maintenance room to fix the issue so then the technician indicates that he can come back out on Monday December 29, 2025 after 1 PM because he had a meeting to attend to and that it only would take five minutes for him to fix the issue so I waited until Monday the 29th to contact him after 1 PM when I contacted him he indicated that he’s working on a two other jobs that he won’t be able to come until 3:30 pm so I waited until after 3:30pm still no technician he hasn’t showed up so then I called the office to find out the status of the technician and the customer service representative placed me on hold and then the phone called hung up. Then I called back to speak to the technician and he said he won’t be able to come until 4:30pm on December 29, 2025 well 4:30pm came and went and still no technician, HE NEVER CAME OUT!!!!! Now I have been without my internet for a total of 8 days and Cox doesn’t even want to give me a $25.00 credit on my account. Also they ‘re not prioritizing us to be first on the list to be seen for a technician to come out and fix our internet. I have to wait until 3-5pm today.I use streaming services so I was not able to watch Christmas movies or listen to Christmas music because I had no internet connection service. Is he going to be coming by today? Who knows! If you were thinking of getting Cox services I would think again and look into getting another service provider!!!! If I could give a rating of a angry face I would. The worst experience I have ever experienced!!!

    Paola Q. I love her!!! She helped me set up my home wifi super fast! I walked in last minute literally 4 minutes before they closed, I was out within 5, I really appreciate her doing that for me !!!

    POOR customer service and the store manager has an attitude. I am so glad that I have disconnected my service with Cox. Internet connection was terrible. Bye bye 👋!
