    If there was an option for ZERO stars, I would choose it. 1 Star is a generously positive review for this horrible company. I will share a transcript of my experience today... but I should've known that this company was a scam from the very first day my router arrived. They purposely did something to the set up so that I would have no choice but to purchase their All Care program and have a technician come out and get the service to work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... You're better off with Verizon or someone else.     We have had the most frustrating experience with this provider. I don’t recommend working with them! First, when we signed up we were expecting equipment to come in and it never did. When I called I could never get through the SUPER AND ANNOYING AUTOMATED SYSTEM. When I called the stores, they couldn’t help me either and directed me the 1800 number. Even when I managed to speak with someone there, I would either get hung up or they wouldn’t help us. It literally took my husband getting involved for them to even show interest in helping us. Save yourselves the headache and just go with something like starlink. It’s cheaper and works way better anyways. Our neighbors constantly have outages and we don’t.
