  This store claims to be open at 9 am (both online and when you scan the QR code for store hours at the physical location), but doesn't even have the doors open or anyone answering the phone until after 10 am on Saturday. It just ended up being a mad dash to the front door with everyone that ended up waiting in the parking lot for someone to arrive and then very limited staff was available.

  I manage our business account with Verizon, and this location has become my go-to for anything we need. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with exceptional service from a team that is not only friendly, but also highly knowledgeable and professional. They always take the time to explain things clearly, answer all of my questions, and make sure I leave feeling confident and taken care of. It’s rare to find a store where you consistently receive this level of genuine customer care, and I truly appreciate the patience, expertise, and effort the staff puts into every interaction. Thank you to the entire team for always going above and beyond.

  Nothing personal against those who work here at this location but this is directed to Verizon as a whole, I just switched my services from Tmobile due to changes in my company corporate account requiring me to change to a consumer account. I decided to go with Verizon to take advantage of the new line, new phone promotions. It's been almost a month and I'm still trying to port a total of 8 lines over to Verizon and no one seems to understand what is happening, this is after dealing with in person reps and over the phone discussion. Probably a total of 50hrs so far simply just trying to move lines from one carrier to another. I've been with tmobile for over 17yrs and this is definitely forcing me to go back no matter the cost. Nothing personal it's principle, to go without service, and order errors, account verification failure, etc. terrible experience overall and I haven't even set up all my account yet.

  First off, the guy that “helped” us had zero clue what he was doing and kept having to go ask others for direction and then had a difficult time explaining our options, didn’t listen to what we wanted and got orders wrong. Long story short. After years of having the same phones, we decided to go into the store for the free upgrades on the whole family’s phones (four phones in total). We were ensured that we would all get free upgrades with the first month being higher for the initial upgrade. We are now paying astronomically higher prices each month and locked into some 3 years contract we didn’t agree to!!! These guys are ripping people off! Stay away from this store!!
