- TTthoaranApr 13, 20231.0Bought the new galaxy S23 ultra, traded in my S22. the store sold me a zagg screen protector and case. Within 2 weeks my screen cracked. The screen protector didn't work at all and if you want to warranty your $70 screen protector they still charge you $10. You can buy 3 on Amazon for that price and they actually work. The manager of this store couldn't care less that my phone was 2 weeks old. That the products they sell don't actually work and offered 0 solutions besides me paying more money. Do not buy anything from zagg they over charge for screen protectors that are essentially a piece of rubber and don't prevent your screen from breaking, the warranty doesn't fully cover a replacement it just discounts the replace down to $10 which is what these protectors are actually worth. My phone screen cracked in my pocket, it wasn't dropped. My S22 never broke in 3 years. But this new phone breaks in 2 weeks in my pocket and I'm told it's not a defect? Which is weird because the selling point of these phones is the very durable screens infused with ceramic. Anyway, do yourself a favour, avoid this location and get better quality products online. A sticky piece of rubber won't protect your screen.
