  Business account customer for 10+ years. Experienced the rudest service from this location. Time to find someone else to do business with. Please re-train this unprofessional team.

  I have been with verizon for 8 years. It's time i get moving on to someone else. They are staying way to expensive. Everyone else is much cheaper. Even if I have to pay for streaming services without a cell phone plan I would still pay less then I do with Verizon. You can't walk into a store without telling the workers no 20+ times that you don't want to spend more even when you just spent $400+. If you tell them NO, they are no longer as helpful. They will add charges for things without telling you. It seems super dishonest. They will also lie to you saying a product is something it's not to get that up sale. But then your locked into it when you find out it's not what you wanted. Yes you have 2 weeks to back out but after your charged a restocking fee. You pay for insurance but if something happens you still pay a hefty fee to replace it when you already pay $60 a month for insurance. For 3 years that pays for any phone or tablet they have and some. But you still pay to replace a stollen or broken device. They remind me alot of xfinity. People dread when they have to use them. Once my contracts are paid off I will be moving on. Who can keep up with these prices with the inflation we have here in America. Everyone else gets better coverage with lower prices. Where Verizon gets worse service and higher prices. I have to stand on the roof of my house to get good service here I Highland , Utah. I'm a 10 minute drive from Salt Lake Valley and my service here is horrible. If I want better service at my house i will have to buy a $500 cell booster. Even out in my 2 acre field i get poor service, wifi calling even sucks here. My watch that I pay for service on doesn't even get calls if I'm within 5 miles of my house. I have a 9 month old s24 ultra and a Samsung watch5 pro. So it's not the devices. All the people who live around me have the same issue. The guy down the street paid for a 30ft tower to put a booster on to get his Verizon to work right. There are tons of Wealthy people here in Highland. You would think Verizon would invest some of the truck loans of cash they are pocketing to improve the service in Highland, Alpine and Ceder Hills area's in Utah. But no they would rather have people find better and cheaper service. 2 years ago I would have given 5 stars but I'm super unpleased with what Verizon is now days. BRING DOWN YOUR PRICES LIKE EVERYONE ELSE.

  Always very busy (schedule an appointment to avoid waiting 1+ hour), but I have always been happy with their curtesy and helpfulness.
