I recently spoke with Michelle who helped transfer services and she made the entire process seem less from beginning to end. Keep up the great work! Thanks

- KKKellyAug 1, 20244.0Customer service is phenomenal but they do have a monopoly in cable and internet service. Please open up and let spectrum and charter in. They have much better prices and have introductory bundle prices that last for a year. Like 30.00 per service. Norvado has never had prices that low. The service itself is not the greatest. I'm supposed to have the fastest speed but occasionally my videos buffer (this should not happen at all with the fastest speeds)
