  They came out to evaluate our location initially when I called.. very prompt. When we called them to then do the install, they again were very prompt, friendly. and knowledgeable. Great people to work with!! We previously had Hughes Net, snd were very unhappy with our speed, connection, as well as customer service. Our speed and connection with Selk is already so much better, and I am so happy to be working with a LOCAL business and great team. Thank you!!

  They call 3Mbps down and 1Mbps up high speed. You are better off running things off a hotspot on your phone because your service will be down all the time. Absolutely junk

  Service drops randomly almost daily. They charge $70 a month for 7.5Mbs (which speed tests done at random days and times show to be completely false) where other non-rural isp's charge the same price for 55Mbs+. Extremely unhelpful customer service, and no notification when "maintenance" is being done. No 24hr customer service or even current server status on their website. My friends nicknamed Selk the "Amish Internet". That says it all.
