Most customer service personnel, in general, get “beat up” over things that don’t seem to go right according to the customer. They are the ones who field these calls every day! And, when things are made right because of their service, they might get a verbal ‘Thank You’ at best or nothing at all. These people are more deserving than that! I want to extend my Kudos to several of your staff that went above and beyond to correct an issue that we were having with our Norvado service. They were patient, knowledgeable, and persistent in rectifying our issue to its completion. They even extended themselves to help us past their service hours on a recent holiday weekend. Please recognize the following people with our sincere “Thanks” for their outstanding service ==> Shelby and Skylar were so helpful in connecting us to the right agents to troubleshoot the issue, BUT it was Loni, Daysha, Angelique & Robbie who went the extra mile to get us across the finish line.
