  I am writing this review on behalf of several folks on your Norvado customer staff. Most customer service personnel, in general, get “beat up” over things that don’t seem to go right according to the customer. They are the ones who field these calls every day! And, when things are made right because of their service, they might get a verbal ‘Thank You’ at best or nothing at all. These people are more deserving than that! I want to extend my Kudos to several of your staff that went above and beyond to correct an issue that we were having with our Norvado service. They were patient, knowledgeable, and persistent in rectifying our issue to its completion. They even extended themselves to help us past their service hours on a recent holiday weekend. Please recognize the following people with our sincere “Thanks” for their outstanding service ==> Shelby and Skylar were so helpful in connecting us to the right agents to troubleshoot the issue, BUT it was Loni, Daysha, Angelique & Robbie who went the extra mile to get us across the finish line. To you, the Norvado Executives ==> Keep these people happy! It’s these folks on the frontline who will make your company look good!   Just got the "new" router, same OLD system it was before.2 year update for free. Don't do it. 5Ghz poisons you!! Norvado has installed the technology required to provide the fastest and most state of the art services available, yet to receive those services you must earn 6 figures a year and then some, to be able to afford their absolutely outrageous rates. It's despicable that they even put their name on service packages that are so pathetic in speed and performance that you can't even accomplish a simple download within a 24 hour period of time. Every other internet provider has a STARTING speed that is 6-10× faster than an extremely overpriced package from Norvado. They do this though, because they have a complete monopoly on most of the rural areas and there are no other options for internet service providers. If you're lucky enough to be in satellite range, go with Dish Network or Hughes Net or something other than Norvado. You'll get faster speeds at a cheaper price all day long. Norvado doesn't care about it's members, they care about the dollars they can suck customers dry of. I'd give no stars if I could. Here are pics I just took of the results acquired from speedtest.net showing 9.31mbps download (was 7.02mpbs just before this) and 3 failures in a row to even register an upload speed. And a real time ever-increasing 'time to download' on a file 26.5gb in size. You can't even get what you pay for on paper. There's a reason why FaceTime calls lag and freeze, YouTube videos won't load or buffer all day before playing in a horrendously low resolution quality, Netflix won't even work, On Demand downloads take hours to complete and then fail to load and play when they finally do finish, web pages take forever to boot, apps for Wi-Fi cameras lag and don't work smoothly at all, and many more reasons the service absolutely sucks. Good luck getting Norvado to give a hoot or do anything to improve their performance though. It's greed and bad business from them. Although I do want to say they have some honest employees and technicians that are not at fault for this shady behavior. I feel bad that they have to try and save face with everyone who's unhappy with the services they receive or the unreasonable rates they get charged for garbage services. If an honest company branched into the rural areas, Norvado would be run out of business in the blink of an eye.

  Despite others saying price is high, it actually is reasonable given the limited user base and bandwidth provided.
