  Cox wasn't all that affordable or great, but Spectrum is much worse. They've taken over and slowed my internet service down severely. I called to ask, why the slow down. Just to be told I need to upgrade my internet which is double the money and with Cox atleast the speed was faster.

  This was the worst experience I have ever had with this company and this store. I attempted to get a new service at this location and it went horribly wrong. The service in the store was great, fast, and pleasant. It was the damages I did not foresee that would come when I returned home for install. Now, I've had cox before. So, I don't need a technician to come to the home and install the equipment. So, I knew the problems I was running into was far deeper. Little did I know once I registered my new account. The name on the account was not correct. The person who signed me up for the service at this location input my middle name on the account. How this was possible? I have no clue. They also put the wrong phone number on the account. The only thing correct was my last name and the pin number. Now I thought something was wrong when I took the new modem from the individual and I hadn't paid or signed any documentation. Now, honestly, I thought this would have been just because I had a prior account 2 years ago. Oh, but this was for sure a mistake. The most entertaining section of this review is my experience on the phone with cox support. Especially with the new change over to Spectrum. What made this experience one I will never forget was the amount of times I was transferred, placed on hold for 20-30 minutes at each time, and the times I was hung-up on, or told you needed to speak to a different department, got transferred to that department, and then be told I needed to go back to the other department. I will say, to the guy who was a spectrum employee that informed me that he would try his hardest to help me. That actually was able to give me a shed of light on what to do in this matter, you go bro. Now, fun fact. If you tell cox or spectrum support that the information on the account is incorrect, you provide them with the incorrect information, explain the situation. They will hangup because they believe you're up to shady business. Or you'll finally be told after 4+ hours on the phone and being transferred through several departments that you must go back to the store at where you got the equipment because they can't fix the account details over the phone. Although you asked a different person from the same department if you could do that and they say no.

  We had the best experience that we did not expect we left this office happy all of our issues were resolved by Elisa and Missy Thank you Jon and Pat *****

  3 desks and only 1 employee that isn't skilled working most of the time. I Bern a customer 11 years @ $250 a month and sat 26 minutes to return equipment. Don't go to this store.
