- AAAdamJun 21, 20251.0Steer clear of this place. Payed for the top plan, never once did my bandwidth measured over what the lowest plan advertised. The app also has no way to cancel your plan. The store hours suck and are not open when you are available. When calling them directly and requesting to cancel the service, they put you on hold and leave for hours. Did not give me my deposit back, and had the damn thing unplugged for the weeks while I would call them every other day to cancel, and when I had time finally to catch them on the open hours, it went over to the next pay period. They will not stop calling and harassing for $36, of which my deposit was supposed to be over $50 alone for the retured router. Shaddy scammers. Use Verizon or Tmobile mobile internet. It works better here anyways.
