Guess I’ll just use my hotspot. Never gonna go out of my way to give someone business that doesn’t want it.

If it wasn't for where I live I would gladly chose anyone else over this mess of a company. Where to begin, well the Internet usually goes down at least once a week. The cable also goes down frequently and they think for a second it's OK to charge what they do being the horrible company they are. If you have any choice at all other than cox you should go with them because cox will only give you migraines and over priced "services".
