I’ve just wanted to give a great review to Jamila. I have been working with her on my account for over the last year. She is very knowledgeable and cares about her customers.

Customer for a year, internet and phones. Phone service is comparable to verizon , and at much better price. Internet is satisfactory at a fair price, with some but not many connectivity issues. However in the last week have left two messages with the Roanoke,VA store with no call back. As well as 45 min plus phone call , with 5 transfers and 5 double verifications along with being hung up on once and sent back to main line menu twice. Feeling I'm right back to Verizon's horrible customer service and response!

I pay $100 extra per month to stay on a month to month plan in prayer that my hoa will allow a different internet company here soon. This is SO TRASH I literally pay double just to not be stuck in a contract with this company. Now they're in some spectrum merger and the entire county hasnt had internet for 24 hours. It's just text after text saying "soon." They call it intermittent but it's ZERO service. They claim there's a cox or spectrum Hotspot but that has no service too because the entire county is out with nothing to feed a hotspot! We're all out of cellular data and unable to work! When you try to speak to a human, it's just one "Ai representative" after another. When you threaten to file suit if the bot won't connect you to a human, the bot disconnects on you. NO crews have been out to make repairs, at all! If you live somewhere that has options other than Cox/Spectrum you are SO lucky! Whatever you do, don't get this awful service. I've been stuck with this monopoly my whole life, trust me, the service NEVER improves. I'm on their top tier plan & it's utter junk, the equivalent of the lowest tier on any other company just with more service interruptions than anywhere else.

Went to the store to get a replacement wifi pod extender. After slow service was told to call the main number for warranty. Then was told by the main number people that the replacement had to be done in the store. Called the store for 25 mins back to back with no answer. Service is terrible.
