  Hi Everybody: I'm tired from moving but I have to shout out Cox Internet Service for their superb,- speedy internet connect. A young man named James did my Internet install today and it only took about (5 to 7) minutes to get my service up and running. I transferred my service from Norfolk to Portsmouth, Virginia. I moved to a new area to prepare for my upcoming book, - "The Key, - To Survival!" But let me get back to Cox's excellent review. For years Cox was my only Internet provider and if I am still with them now, you know they have to offer affordable, - speedy and reliable service. No blackouts or wagging service. "I love you Cox," and thank you for the people you employ to give the service we all need and deserve. Big Ups to Cox Communications in Portsmouth, Virginia. ... Naomi Tucker Turtles!

  I called into the store with a concern and question about my WiFi plan for an upcoming move. Valentino was so helpful! This is my second positive experience at this Cox location where they have gone above and beyond to help me in an easy and friendly way. Thank you Valentino!
