- LALaurissa AmosSep 25, 20265.0Was having billing issues and needed to switch plans because of the merger, but I couldn’t get any help. However, I was told by the gentleman that helped me to call and say you want to cancel service, then they’ll help me. I got my plan switched to a much better one with no data caps, AND they reduced my rate so I’m paying $40 less than I would have previously. Safe to say that I’m more than pleased with the customer service, as well as the functionality of the internet service itself. Even when the WiFi servers are down, there’s backup WiFi that keeps me connected. It helps so much so that gamers like me don’t need to worry about losing ping or being disconnected from a match. Also, I never write reviews so take this one with all my heart!
