  I severed ties with Cox. The rates are constantly going up. I bought a smart TV for less than I was paying Cox per month. Switched my Internet to T-Mobile for less than Cox. I'm saving $180 per month and I have hundreds of channels on my Smart TV.

  Maliek and Mike helped fix some complcated issues getting my service set back up after a move. It was hot outside, and I was stressed, and they made the experience as effortless as chatting with friends!

  When buying wifi from this place was super easy and a great experience. David R was amazing and very personable. He was super nice and clear about our options. Definitely recommend seeing him if you’re interested in purchasing something.

  I received professional customer service from a top notch h staff this Saturday. I experienced a short wait time, my concerns were listened to and 10 minutes I was out of the store on my way home with a solution. Cox hit a home run! This location is raising the bar.

  I just moved into my new apartment yesterday and was having trouble with the Cox website because it wouldn’t let me set up a service plan. I called the store, and Michael was incredibly helpful. He took the time to help me find the best deal and made the whole process so much easier. I came into the store about 30 minutes later, and with his help I was able to get my WiFi set up within the same hour. Michael was very kind, patient, and walked me through everything step by step. The store was also closing within the hour, and I had just gotten off work, so I really appreciated him taking the time to help me. Awesome customer service and a great experience overall. Thank you, Michael!
