Horrible customer service. I had to return equipment so I waited over 30 minutes to be told they don't accept any equipment, even though the Spectrum app directed me to this specific store. Then they sent me all the way to Suffolk almost an hour away and neglected to mention I could have returned it at a UPS store. They did the same thing to another customer, claiming her equipment was for business Internet so they couldn't take that either. Only a couple of employees helping customers, even though they have unused computer stations. The manager is leisurely stacking items on shelves instead of helping customers. So the wait time is insane. If you can avoid it, do not come to this store!

It wasn't bad it just needs to make a better sign so people know what to do because of this I got skipped by other customers. Not their fault but as soon as I realized it I signed In and then not too long I was taken care of.
