If I ever need technical support, it's like they dont want to help me until I buy a mobil line or upgrade my internet speed. like I just need technical support. I dont want to change my mobil provider. no means no. stop asking every 30 seconds. plus their internet is trash. always goes out. im forced to deal with them due to my apartment bing contracted through them . its always a disappointing experience dealing with them.
