  My elderly parents went in for a new cable box and were talked into a new package including two cell phone lines they didn't need. The sales person lied to them and told them they could transfer their numbers over to the new plan later and the sales person gave them new phone numbers in the meantime. I've now spent over 4 hours on the phone with escalated technical support and supervisors, and I've been told it's impossible and their system doesn't allow it. I then tried to cancel the phone lines and was told that they'd have to pay $400 for the "free" phones they received, and they they couldn't just return the phones. And then the retention department told me they were having technical issues and couldn't cancel any service, including the monthly insurance charge that the sales person signed them up for on the "free" phones they got. They told me I had to call back tomorrow. I was also hung up on/disconnected from my calls twice. Because the sales person at this store essentially scammed my elderly parents by signing them up for services they didn't need and lied to them about what they could do after the fact, I've now had to spend entirely too much of my own time trying to fix the mess the sales person made. One thing is for sure -- this experience has made sure I will personally NEVER sign up for service with Cox/Spectrum.

  Save yourself the frustration and avoid this location while Jalyn is the store manager. I went in simply to pick up a modem, only to find that TV service had been added to my package without my knowledge or consent, raising my monthly rate. Phone support claimed they couldn't help, so I returned to the store. Instead of fixing the mistake, Jalyn falsely claimed I had authorized the upgrade. Regardless, he refused to correct their unauthorized charges. Save yourself the headache and go to another location.

  I haven’t even gotten my kit and I’m already considering leaving. I set up my service on the 25th was promised that it will be delivered yesterday. It was not I called about they said just give them 2 more days. No apology or anything. It still has to be put in shipped status

  Fantastic service at my house to change out a cable box, George was the service rep, after swapping out my cable box he checked every single connection in the entire house to include WiFi; and fixed a couple. He also started by checking the neighborhood junction box. World class service, we are very pleased.

  The worst coustmore service ever, taking $ money from my bank account without any statement every month 😒 and $ charging me for internet bill super extra on top, the store told me to calll the coustmore service 🙄 they don't want to help me at all. The coustmore service is worst then ever, don't do any business with CoX , unless $you have extra $$ money for them
