  Cox needs to have better service communication. I had internet issues which required two technician visits and both times the technician were late by more than 3 hours. The issue could not be resolved due to a fiber issue and so the technician had to put in another ticket. when i visited the store to return extra equipment they said there were no ticket on my account… and gave me a phone number to call. The person i talked to said there already is a ticket… and would take few days. After a week there was no notification so I called to check on the status and the person said it is still pending. After another week passed I called to check and the person said such repair takes 4-6 weeks… if I had known earlier i would have sought alternate options rather than living without internet for 3 weeks… and just waiting for get it to fixed. I understand there could be issues but if the communication is more clear i would have not wasted so much time and energy

  What happened to greeting customers as they walk in? Instead employees are too busy watching soccer to look up or acknowledge customers entering the store. And then when you walk up to them, they still don’t greet you. No, they tell you to sign in on the app like you should know that (there isn’t a sign). I loved sitting and watching the employees watching soccer instead of helping customers. Looked like they were enjoying the game.

  I have been visiting this store from past 2 years. All the employees were great until I met this store manager Tonya. When I'm talking to one of the employee, without being called she interrupted in between and not letting customers talk. This is very arrogant behaviour and giving all the rude answers. Thanks!!

  I came in on the day of the big snow event with an old phone, a mismatched SIM card, and pretty hopeless about my phone situation. Fabricio and Jennifer took amazing care of me, and I left with a new iPhone 16 and only about $30 out of pocket expenses. Fabricio showed incredible kindness: he accepted an old iPhone 10 as a trade in, even though I opened my Cox account with an iPhone 12, recently lost. Thank you, Fabrico and Jennifer for hanging out with me and solving all my problems!
