  I was just at the Cox Store this morning. Had an issue with my router/module, Pirro K & Fabricio Q, did an outstanding job getting the issue fixed quickly and got me to save $40 a month on my bill, by explaining promotions Cox was offering. Great job! Thanks

  Cox needs to have better service communication. I had internet issues which required two technician visits and both times the technician were late by more than 3 hours. The issue could not be resolved due to a fiber issue and so the technician had to put in another ticket. when i visited the store to return extra equipment they said there were no ticket on my account… and gave me a phone number to call. The person i talked to said there already is a ticket… and would take few days. After a week there was no notification so I called to check on the status and the person said it is still pending. After another week passed I called to check and the person said such repair takes 4-6 weeks… if I had known earlier i would have sought alternate options rather than living without internet for 3 weeks… and just waiting for get it to fixed. I understand there could be issues but if the communication is more clear i would have not wasted so much time and energy
