  Went to the store to try to get cellphone service and was looking at the display phones and the alarm happened to go off. Rude customer service says , the alarm doesn't just go off with looking at it. If it's a display phones I should be able to touch, look and pick up the phone to see if I like it without being to made like I did something wrong. Literally going in there to drop close to 900 on a new phone and that type of customer service has turned me away from ever shopping at this store ever again. Once I heard that, I made sure to turn and leave. No nice greetings, literally barking demands at people to sign to not lose a spot but not saying hello to people or allowing people to look at display phones without feeling like I'm being accused of stealing is not welcoming at all. No wonder your store has only 3.8 stars and will continue to decline in sales unless some serious customer service training is done.

  I got an issue with my service disconnected, the agent Nicholas gave me an awesome service. He helps me regain acces to my primary fone number also a second line for my wife. Everything looks good. I am a happy customer, highly recommend people to look for his service. I know Nicholas should be able to fix it. I really appreciate your service Nicholas Thank you so much

  I dislike Cox as a whole because I'm always having issues with connectivity and service for the internet, However the store people are awesome and a great help. Thank you Amor and Kasim for the help and excellent customer care you two have provided!

  I canceled my service at the end of may but still getting charged for cell phone service? I tried calling but cant find my pin number and the operator cant do anything wlse because i never owned a pet as an orphan and enter some random name to get pass the security question Now i need to take a day off to drive a 3 hr round trip to this particular location to find out why im still getting charged because the customer service cant do anything else cause i dont have the pin number And dont worry about asking me to contacting you by email because youve already wasted enought of my time and probably wont get anywhere without my pin number
