  Bad customer service, waited in line over 30 minutes just to return a router, there were three agents, I have to be in a line by signing in, only one customer in front of me. Two of the agents a lady and a gentleman were helping one customer simultaneously, No eye contact or "will be right with you'.while waiting. The guy in front of me went to the third agent, which by now I will be called anytime right. Wrong, after 20 minutes another gentleman came in to the store, I told him to sign in first (which was not my Job), but he refused, seemed restless and wanted to talk to the lady agent, despite the fact she did not give any attention to both of us. Hoping to get her attention went to the front desk to tell her that the new guy was after me and I am here to drop a router. She replied to me rudely that I have to wait, and after a while she starts helping the very new guy who came to the store instead of me. I was pressing with time, i did not know the reason why we sign in in the first place. They have enough agents to help everyone in that store, with respect and according to their signing policy. Was late for my work, I just walked out of the store without returning the box. I don't even know cox was bought by this new company Spectrum, but not a good customer experience at all. Where is our customer service etiquette, these days.

  Demetri and Rhonda are customer service superstars. I came in to the store in a bad mood and left happy and smiling. with a mobile line. I’d DEFINITELY recommend

  Love how cox buisness or in general never helpful offer scraps for compensation and tell a buisness we can’t help you for 4 days. Excellent response for a business to hear

  Thought I had a good experience and friendly staff, but in the end what the staff said they did for me ended up not being true. Very disappointing and addition frustrated I had to spend time on the phone to work out similar deal that overall is not really adequate for our situation. But since COX has a monopoly in this area we have no choice.
