  Thought I had a good experience and friendly staff, but in the end what the staff said they did for me ended up not being true. Very disappointing and addition frustrated I had to spend time on the phone to work out similar deal that overall is not really adequate for our situation. But since COX has a monopoly in this area we have no choice.

  Coming here was a great experience! I stopped by to drop off my mom's equipment, and they made sure everything was efficient and painless. Dimitri was especially welcoming, warm, and helpful! Thank you!

  Thrilled to finally cancel all services with Cox! You can only get tier 2 support if you have their total care package. They no longer have cable cards or tuners in stock! So for people on a fixed income you now have to pay for each tv you want to use to watch TV. Essentially paying more for less! Well now I have IPTV, now instead of $100/ for starter packages, I pay $170 a YEAR for any channel! Go to hell COX!

  If there was an option for ZERO stars, I would choose it. 1 Star is a generously positive review for this horrible company. I will share a transcript of my experience today... but I should've known that this company was a scam from the very first day my router arrived. They purposely did something to the set up so that I would have no choice but to purchase their All Care program and have a technician come out and get the service to work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... You're better off with Verizon or someone else.
