She lived right here in the same state spoke English and was very helpful . Had us back working very quickly and was professional and friendly . Judy probably saved our account because I was thinking about changing to something a little cheaper even though our internet has been great since we have had Vyve

- KKKristianMay 1, 20261.0Not worth the price! $90/month and I can’t even watch Netflix without it stopping and trying to reconnect. A technician has come out twice and still having the same issues. The last time we called, the technician said we have too many devices connected. Me and my roommate both work full time but on opposite days so there’s only 1 of us home at a time. If Vyve’s internet service can’t support 1 person scrolling on a cell phone with Netflix playing on the tv then they need to reconsider their price point. We have 2 smart TVs (turned off 90% of the time) a ring camera, my cell phone, her cell phone, and we each have an Apple Watch. Literally. Overpriced service and lazy technicians.
