No one has bothered getting back to me I keep getting kicked back when I'm trying to send messages. They want to send it to my email which I can't get into without internet for my computer! I am very disappointed in this situation. I do not like this fiber optic crap. My daughter has internet and she doesn't have the fiber optic. This has happened too often
