I can’t imagine everyone else she treats daily !!! She asked me on why don’t I want the fiber optic appointment and proceeded to schedule the appointment for it anyway as I had to tell her THREE TIMES we don’t want it now then said - well why not ?! excuse me ? very unprofessional! She looks exhausted ! Do better BLUE Ridge ! I chose to Ignore her at this point! She even rolled her eyes as if we’re in daycare ! lady at your age .. you need to do better and treat customers with respect !
