  Adams Cable, Carbondale Pa. was purchased by Blue Ridge Communications and has nothing but issues. Try to call them, you'll be listening to crappy music forever. The systems went down in our house. No technician for a month. Adams use to have someone out in 1-3 days! We've had technical issues since November 2025 and we're still dealing with them today. They don't fing care. Money, money, money. Just called now. Got to listen to bullshit music for 35 minutes. Adams never behaved like this. Blue Ridge Cable is garbage. I'm looking into Starlink now because we're rural. Disgusting.

  I have a lot through blue ridge. Very upset it took 4 phone calls through my cell phone to finally get an answer from someone.. Justin was sweet he was #2 1st lady had a rude tone...sorry to #3. She said hello because I sent a text and I hung up on her.. sorry again...and then JanLynn #4 she gave me my answer...there is a report out on it that's all I needed...excellent customer service from Justin and Jan Lynn Justin's computer would not come up...

  Honestly, I cancelled my television service, too costly for a part time resident. I went to the Milfird office and the employee who took care of me was excellent, polite, professional, and explained everything to me since I was looking into internet service. I had a painless visit and will be back to pick up my internet equipment in the very near future. My wait time was about 15 min.,because of the people ahead of me. I feel it was due to the through explanation of their account issues. All in all I was very pleased with tge way things turned out.
