The tech charge wasn't disclosed up front. I called for an explanation and have now been on hold for an hour plus.... "Customer service" isn't exactly the term I would use to describe this interaction. Still on hold an EXTREMELY dissatisfied with what feels more like bait and switch tactics. This is my "promotional" experience, so I can only imagine how they treat long time customers. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company if you have other options available. Not good!
