  I am not a customer, my brother was. He passed away in june. He had a high bill,but this place keeps sending a bill with another month added on to it. And they are charging for unreturned equipment, Do not have death certificate yet, his body went to science.This is not good enough for them. Obituary, since we are doing this on our own it would have been expensive,I made a obit for my brother. this is not good enough for them either. I called them to today to state I want them to freeze his account for at least 60 days till one of us gets his certified death certicate. No one has called back yet. They said my sister could pay off his bill $700.00 then transfer it to her name. SERIOUSLY? I have mangaged to get two other places to freeze for 60 days, seems to me this place could give two shits about loss,but want their money. My brother lived with my sister,the account was in his name.why should she have to pay that bill. Too bad they do not have minus stars I have Dish, but then I have starlink for internet. Get a vcbox 5g I have had dish 13 years and in one year I will leave dish and save $130.00 a month, I have not lost internet once since having starlink the other internet i had was viasat, $127.00 monthly changed to starlink $105.00 monthly, I love it.

  Terrible expirence. I do NOT recommend BRC. I hove nothing good to say about this business. I cancelled my service.
