- JTJanet TrinovitchMay 10, 20261.0They sent streaming boxes without any notifications. Not sure why they just didn't leave the cable alone. We lost an entire Sunday afternoon on the phone with the customer service person. She was very nice and patient, but she couldn't help. We finally figured it out on our own. Very frustrating. Hopefully it'll work without any interruption. Older customers will have a hard time with this. And that's the majority of people who watch tv.
