They tacked on another month when I called to cancel and then they said they terminated my service for none payment after I talked to someone and they tried to get me back. Sent them a certified letter. They will be hearing from an attorney since they’re liars and have such bad business that practices. Do not ever use this company.

Now they are saying i never made that final payment which is now on my credit. Of course i am fighting it. There service sucked which is why we canceled, it was always glitching or always down. Even now when i called to talk to a manager can't even do that. They will call me back within 24-48 hours. Horrible!!!
