  Blue ridge is terrible. It sucks because its like the only internet provider in the area and the internet hasnt been working at all for almost 3 weeks now. They were supposed to send someone August 24th 2026 and still no one has shown up 2 days later. And never received any phone calls about them not coming. And not to mention we still have to pay over 60 dollars for the internet this month even though its literally not working what so ever.

  Why do you have to log in with 4 different verifications, your 2FA code is a joke, it never comes within the 5 minute tome frame, here is a suggestion make it at least 30 minutes

  Had no issues up until their point, internet service was great. Moved from one place to another and had my significant other schedule with them to show on Friday 9:00-11:00am to get service at the new place. I call at 12, asking for a simple ETA, they stone wall me with policy stating that "I'm sorry sir, but you're not authorized on the account." I wasn't asking to review payment information. I wasn't asking for admin privileges. I wasn't trying to add myself or anyone else. I just wanted to know a rough ETA since they were, by the time of writing this, over an hour and a half late. All I wanted to know was, "Are you still coming, if so what time because I don't wanna leave to do something and then the guy shows up and nobody's home." A simple, honest, "Yeah the tech is running a little behind it appears. What is your number, I'll have them reach out to you." but no. Whoever is making the policy at BRC clearly didn't think that one through. An ETA, under ANY reasonable circumstance, is NOT a security risk. Bad policy and proceedure that is alarmingly worse than early 2000's Windstream, and we locals ALL know how bad THEY were...

  Concerning the credit for the July 4th outage. I think $29.52 is a slap in the face considering it was down for the better part of 5 days. My account is under B. Spece. It cost us about $10 a day. That’s what this company should be reimbursing ALL of their customers. Some of these people depend on this service for their livelihood and that’s what they give back. Before this experience, we said, as soon as we have the opportunity to get rid of blue ridge, we will. Not happy with them as a provider at all
