  I refuse to entirely trash this place, yet the internet and interruptions are horrid. The staff are helpful but that's it, I recommend Infinity- that has worked for me perfectly. Ohh the memories when it was Adams Cable, and when they had the Sega Channel in the 90s!!! Go Infinity for internet though.

  This is the worst service I’ve ever had. I thought Adam’s Cable was bad; Blue Ridge is ten times worse. We have the fastest Internet package through this provider and STILL we have to wait for our TV service and Internet to buffer. It takes NINE hours and some minutes to download a 50GB game on a game console. Why?!? When we have their best Internet package? Then they tell us we need to buy and set up THEIR router when ours is perfectly fine. So we buy their router and they tell us in order to use it, we need to download an app for their router. We have never had the need to download an app for a router in the past, ever. Overall, this provider is awful. Oh, I had to edit this to include the fact that we pay over $200 for our package through this con facility. Not worth ten cents.

  I don’t know what anyone is talking about in these prior reviews. I spoke with Eric at the Carbondale location and Im gonna tell you something! Not only was he extremely helpful to me, but Blue Ridge in general have always had my back in the toughest of times. People complain about their bill raising, Just call them and they will work with you. I’m a single dad, Father of three, Work alone, headhold of my house. They work with me every single time I call, and the fact of the matter is, prices will increase, that’s the nature of business, But they will always find a solution that works for you. I just wanna think Eric personally as well as the Blue Ridge team for constantly Helping me Through so many years.

  Ever since Blueridge cable took over the Adams Cable CATV System. We have had NOTHING BUT TROUBLE with their service. Not one of the cable boxes works without constant buffering. I have called repeatedly and none of the calls have resulted in better reception. I am canceling this account immediately.
