    using your services for my business. today i have no internet i contacted with customer s service. they said it is sunday no one can help. 2 months ago there was outage in the town. WHEN you charge me for monthly bill. there is no excuse to collect my money. I WARN everyone if your credit card machine uses WIFI STAY away from their services. today i lost around $1000 worth sales in my store. NO MORE BUSINESS WITH YOU

    Today, I would very much to Thank Stephano Foscher, Account Manager at Astound. He arrived at my house at 11am today, 05/14/26 to service our Cameras through his company' s Internet....He was here at our for 4 1/2 hours trying to reset and restore our Cameras..Well he DID IT! 🤗He went above and beyond to restoring our cameras🥰🌹THANK YOU!💞💞Now that's REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEDICATION 👍😁💯💯

    Astound is one of the worst services. They constantly take and take but their service never gets better. Our WiFi has been consistently going out for FOUR DAYS so when I call astound they run one test and offer to send someone out but it will possibly cost us 79.99 if they find it to be our fault. Which I am not confident they won’t blame us. This is also more than our bill. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told I would have to wait up to 90 minutes! I am absolutely disgusted with this company.

    Will lie to make you happy and then just drop the ball. I would caution anyone dealing with their customer service. Had a really terrible experience recently. Up to this point, they were easy to work with, easy on the install, etc. They started me on a promotion, which was presented as $35 a month for internet, but ended up being around $50 with fees and tax. Just recently, my bill jumped to $87 a month. When I called to inquire, they stated that it was at the bottom of my previous statement (Who reads their entire statement? lol). I asked what the increase was due to and the person on the line seemed confused but said it was the increase from $30 to $40 because of the end of the promotion. That seemed reasonable. I asked her why the 'high-speed internet' was up as well? I was wondering if there was something I was using that I should cut down on to help with our budget. She didn't have an answer for that. I said I was going to shop around to see if this was a reasonable rate and she offered to drop by bill to $68 instead. I was grateful and asked when I could expect that change. She said within a couple of days. So I waited... The bill didn't change. So I called in again. Another lady told me that the last person hadn't changed my bill at all and that they weren't authorized to drop it like that. She offered, due to the last person's dishonesty, to give me a credit on this bill and drop it to $79 instead. So I accepted it, though was very confused how they could just give inaccurate info like that?? This month, my bill is the same as last month, but with the credit the lady offered me ON TOP of that and a charge for pushing the balance forward. This was never mentioned to me. I called to discuss it and I was unable to get through. I hope that this is helpful to anyone considering this company.

    Me and my wife have reached out to your company now multiple times in regards to our $200 Amazon gift card both times the issue has been escalated to supervisors and we have still not received any updates on this. I’ve reached out again today to your chat support and was promised an escalation and that we will hear back. I don’t know who else to reach out to do. I need to write letters to your CEO. do I need to write letters to your vice president? Who do I need to speak to to get a resolution? We were promised a gift card during the initial sign-up why promise something if I have to reach out to you multiple times and practically beg for what was promised this is completely unacceptable and frustrating. This is happening to two different people I know who signed up during this promotion. So now I will be taking this to the Better Business Bureau because you’re either lying to your customers or you just don’t care I don’t know what is worse.
