  ⚠️READ BEFORE EVEN CONSIDERING THIS PROVIDER⚠️ Went to Nevada because my father passed away, very stressful situation all around, and when we get back we're smacked with a near 500 dollar bill, "late fees" mostly (we were only gone for two weeks by the way). Mom talked to a service lady over the phone and she said she could get the late fee removed, however she didn't, instead she just pushed the late fee over to next month. Additionally, the last time we had a technician come over, he was supposed to replace the router box. Instead, he downgraded us from 5g unlimited data to limited data, sticking us with a 200 dollar bill the month after (which we got waived because he was so in the wrong to do that). He switched the internet cables out, taking the one he had unplugged (that we owned and bought off Amazon, that he had NO right taking), and cutting the power cable so it could fit the router upside down (no idea why) without even replacing the router box mind you. So, needless to say, I couldn't recommend this provider any LESS! Bad service, absurd late fees, and tons of other problems too. Would not recommend if you like your money, because they will overcharge you. Changing services unless they make this right with us and waive the late fees, because dealing with my father's death has been hard enough, but this, this is completely unacceptable.

  Absolutely amazing service and staff. I visited the office with a problem of my bill being too high. After speaking with Paul, Sally and Charlene our issue was resolved immediately. Thank you for taking great care of us and keeping us as customers. Great staff!!!

  If their service is anything like their employees drive, it's definitely garbage. To the middle aged gentleman in the white truck in Albany today around 4pm. Brake checking is not only illegal, it's incredibly dangerous. Considering we were going 15 miles an hour and coming to a stop it was also incredibly unnecessary. I was no where near tailgating you. To then proceed to try and over take me and push me into oncoming traffic when I attempted to pass you on Pacific Vlvd. Pretty sure those 2 police officers are the only thing that kept you from causing an accident. I'm sorry your ego is bigger than your brain cells. I couldn't fathom driving like that, let alone in a company vehicle. Do better
