She helped solve my problem in less than 5 minutes, and even helped me reduce my monthly bill some. Charlene was very helpful, and I would highly recommend driving to this store for real help from a very knowledgeable person. Nothing against Mohamed from the call center, but he was about as helpful as a politician. Thanks again Charlene! 😊
